Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you selected at checkout (for example, monthly or quarterly).
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled shipment unless you selected a prepaid subscription option (if available).
Some subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled in advance.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Official Aloura Beauty LLC to charge your selected payment method according to the chosen delivery schedule.
How to Cancel or Modify a Subscription
You may request to cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
To request cancellation or changes, you must email:

Your request must include:
- Full name used at checkout
- Order number (if applicable)
- Subscription product name
Please note:
- Subscription changes or cancellations must be requested before the next billing date.
- If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Processed or shipped subscription orders fall under our standard 30-Day Money-Back Policy.
We do not accept cancellation requests through social media or third-party platforms.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released.
When placing a pre-order:
- We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout.
- Your order will be fulfilled once inventory becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been processed or fulfilled.
Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify under our 30-Day Money-Back Policy after delivery.
Try Before You Buy
For try-before-you-buy purchases:
- We authorize your payment method prior to shipment.
- You will have a specified evaluation period (communicated at checkout) to decide whether to keep the product.
- If the item is not returned within the stated evaluation window, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.
Return instructions must be requested through our support team before the evaluation period ends.
Failure to contact us for return authorization within the allowed timeframe will result in the full charge being processed and the sale becoming final.
Important Notes
• All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted via email.
• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
• Returns require prior authorization.
• After 30 days from delivery, all sales are final.
