Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Return Address Policy
We do not publish a return address publicly.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will only be provided after contacting email support and receiving approval.
If you send an item back without contacting us first, the return will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping & Labels
We only provide prepaid return labels in the following cases:
• The product arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or send a replacement at no additional cost.
